As winter rolls into Northern Hemisphere and Birds migrate, nations are not taking chances especially in the peak School holidays travelling season.
The skeptics are saying this is just a conspiracy to rally the fortunes of the pharmaceutical firms and exclusive producers of the vaccinnes using scare mongering tactics.
The following is an article by Dr. Baylock urging many NOT to be vaccinated...
Others are suggesting to boost your own immunity with a balance diet, daily exposure to sunlight < which kills virus>, increase intake of Vitamin C, anti-oxidants from fruits and ingest Traditional Chinese Medicinal tonics as a supplement or consume Green Tea rather than flavoured fizzy soda drinks.

Here is one Doctor's thoughts on the H1N1 (Swine Flu) shots. Certainly makes one wonder what to do.

He attended the LSU School of Medicine in New Orleans and completed his general surgical internship and neurosurgical residency at the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston, SC.

No one should take this vaccine (Swine Flu vaccine)—it is one of the most dangerous vaccines ever devised. It contains an immune adjuvant called squalene (MF-59) which has been shown to cause severe autoimmune disorders such as MS, rheumatoid arthritis and Lupus.
The newsletter for August covers this and it may not be out yet. This is the vaccine adjuvant that is strongly linked to the Gulf War syndrome, which killed over 10,000 soldiers and caused a 200% increase in the fatal disease ALS (Lou Gehreg disease). This virus H1N1 kills by causing a "cytokine storm", which means that it causes the body’s immune system to overreact and that is why it is killing young people and is a mild disease in the elderly. (The elderly have weakened immune systems.) This vaccine is a very powerful immune stimulator and carries the real possibility of making the lethality of the virus much greater.
One’s best protection is vitamin D3.. One should take 5000 IU a day now and when the disease begins to spread increase the dose to 15,000 IU a day. Vitamin D3 modulates the immune reaction, reducing the chance of an overreaction and stimulates the body to produce what are called antimicrobial peptides, which are powerful killers of viruses that does not involve immunity.
This is dose related, which means the higher the dose of vitamin D3 the better the protection. Fish oils (the best is Carlson’s Norwegian lemon flavored fish oil) also reduce immune overreaction. One teaspoon a day should be sufficient. For severe symptoms, one teaspoon twice a day.
Antioxidants of various kinds also help—this includes, quercetin, curcumin, grape seed extract, vitamin C and natural vitamin E. A good multivitamin/mineral such as Extend Core (www.vrp.com
) is also essential.

I found a similar topic on snopes.com and the status is undetermine which means no false or true...not very helpful here. I am about to schedule my son to take it...wonder if I make the right decision...

My bf had to get it because he works at the hospital now.

On Friday my son had a fever of 104.5. To the emergency room we go. He is diagnosed as having H1N1. Because he's already in what is considered a high-risk group for complications, he gets a prescription for Tamiflu and off we go.

On Sunday, I feel a little under the weather. My son has absolutely no fever and is feeling fine.

Sunday night I wake up in the middle of the night out of a dead sleep unable to breathe.
I haven't had an asthma attack in years, not since a few years out of high school. Scared the crap out of me. The only two things I could think was, "I'm going to die," and "If this is what they mean by 'trouble breathing' in the swine flu symptoms, it's a wonder anybody lives through it."

Monday I feel like I have the world's worst cold.

Today I actually have a fever. Last night it was high enough that BF says I was soaked in sweat when he came to bed and did not wake up when he put cold compresses on me, which is highly unusual. I have absolutely no memory of that going on.

Everything hurts. My EYES hurt. It hurts to breathe, cough, sneeze. It hurts to walk around because every step I take feels like it reverberates through my body.

Someone else I know had the H1N1 go through their family. He's older than I am. He said it also started with his preK daughter, and that she had the fastest recovery time of about two days. The longest any of his kids was ill was 4 days. He said he was seriously ill for a week and had a lingering cough for four weeks.

Get the shot. You don't want to feel like this, I promise you.

I couldn't drive (I can barely walk, honestly) so my son stayed home with me today. Unfortunately that means I have to stay somewhat lucid until another adult can come relieve me of my parental duties. Otherwise, I'd be passed out in bed instead of posting here.

Oh.. the main point of that was.. the BF hasn't had so much as a sniffle while all this is going on.

It's been 16 years since I had Influenza. And yet, I remember it like it was yesterday. Everything Py says, and more. Abject misery, and there is NOTHING that makes it feel better. Nothing. Not drugs/medicine, not booze, not pot...nothing. You just have to suffer for a good week. Day in and night out.

If you have a history of getting flu shots in the past with no ill effects, I also would recommend it.

I cannot bring myself to get one. The one and only time I've ever had the flu in 39 years (or, at least 29 years. I might not remember prior to age 10)... my symptoms started the morning after I got the only flu shot I ever received. Back in 1993. I was 23 and in my prime. And that liked to kill me.

Now, that may well be one of the biggest coincidences ever. But I recall exactly what Py is going through right now. Vividly. And I'll be damned if I'm letting anybody stick that f*cking virus in my veins. I may be a damn fool. But I don't want to be anywhere near that shit. Dead strain or no. Once bitten, twice shy, baby. Which sucks. Because I'd really like to get immunized from said Evil Disease. But if I ended up with the flu again...I'd feel like the biggest fool EVAR.

And honestly, you just don't take a beating like that and forget it. You can't.

I went to the doctor yesterday. I came home with seriously about 100 dollars worth of prescriptions. Inhaler. 800mg pills of Ibuprofen to be taken every 4 hours. Tamiflu. And some weird cough syrup that has codeine in it. Which I didn't realize until after I'd taken it last night.

Ack! Codeine makes me projectile vomit. Not good. Found that out when I had my wisdom teeth out. F'ed me up.

Ugh. So glad I didn't have that happen. I've never had any kind of opiate before ever. After I found out last night I was like, "Aww

. What is this going to do to me?" I used to get a little loopy on Vioxx, which is just an NSAID.

But as it turns out, it did nothing. Except made my tongue a little numb for a minute right after I took it.

But now we know, if we ever want to stage a TD performance of the Exorcist.. you're going to play the possessed and we'll just give you some green codeine cough syrup before the priest comes in.

Be sure to drink plenty of water with codeine or you may get very constipated. It will help you stop coughing and help you sleep and smile a lot.Feel better soon!

Got my H1N1 shot! Felt weird after that but luckily, not getting worse...I guess I survive. My son and wife doing well too...
