You could blanch then and can them. Then you would have them all winter
for sauces and such

Twins.....I will so gladly take them off of your hands! lol I've been eying my FiL's garden for a month! He grows the Big Boy tomatoes and I LOVE them!!! Seriously though home made salsa is the best! Or like others suggested blanch and can them.

My one dog growing up would put her snout right through the little chain link fencing around the cherry tomato plants and go to town.
We never had any to eat that year!
