Blondie, I'd go see your doctor and talk to them about it. Mood swings or depression can happen at any time during your life if you have a chemical imbalance. There are just too many factors though to even guess at. Even before you take an over the counter, I'd talk to your doctor. Stuff like that is not something to brush off if it's affecting your daily life and going on for more than a few days or weeks. Good luck, we'll be here for you!

On the pregnant issue, you know what made me absolutely PSYCHO with unpredictable mood swings?
The pill.
I cannot be on birth control pills. I'm a complete and total basket case. It's hormone overload for me.
And yes, I was a complete and total psycho when I was pregnant, too.
When I stopped taking the pill, I stopped feeling and acting completely irrationally insane.
