Back before there were toilets I would imagine people would stand in waist deep water (given the chance) and poo knowing their enemy lives down stream. Does Mr. Carvel (the ice cream guy) squat then poo in circles while slowly standing up? Think about it to get the visual.

I think this has changed.

They gave me a few different pain meds at the same time, one of which was percoset after my emergency c-section and I was still able to breastfeed.
