Allergies

I was told about the Neti pot and still a little funny about it. I don't know if I would feel comfortable doing that.

Oh... I'm so gonna do this but I'm going to put a few drops of red food coloring in the pot before I add the water. Only, of course, to scare the crap out of my husband and children. Muwahahaha.

(I'll be screaming as it's coming out the other nostril for effect)

That sounds soooooo cool Hockey, good idea!!!

But still doesn't convince me to using it. I suffer from a sinus infection at least once a month. And all the meds I'm on don't seem to help me. Ok maybe I will give it a try sometime this weekend

I read this and tried to tell my hubby that he should try it. He wasn't fond of the idea. I'm thankful that I don't have allergy or sinus problems.

I am seriously considering it, my sinuses get congested something awful in the winter... maybe I'll start with an empty nasal-spray bottle and a kosher-salt solution.

I have the spray bottle, but what can I use in place of the kosher-salt solution??? Any other recommendation???

Rosa, my mom got me one a few years ago when my allergies started really bothering me. They really do work wonders. Yes it is a little weird at first, but it helps so much! Definitely try it!
