It's basically a little teapot that you mix water and a saline solution in (they give you the solution)....
then you drain it through your nose. It's a nasal irrigation thingy...holistic...totally harmless. and it works!
You can get it at any pharmacy. I got mine at Rite Aid. It came with the teapot and 50 saline solution mixes.
Apparently, it was HUGE after it was shown on Oprah with Dr. Oz.
