WTS: 2001 GT Aggressor 1.0 Mountain Bike

Well, ladies and gentlemen, it's time for me to sell my trusty old steed.

I've been given a new mountain bike and I'm selling my old 2001 GT Aggressor 1.0 Mountain Bike (hardtail).

This bike has been used for the past two-years and was garage-kept and barely used prior to that (it was purchased in February, 2002).

It is a 12.5" X-Small aluminum frame which will comfortably fit someone 5'2" and under (male or female). It's currently set up with Avid Brakes, Shimano Deore rear derailleur, Shimano Acera front derailleur, and a Rock Shox Judy TT front shock.

At the moment, I've got road tires and SPD (clipless pedals) on it, as I've been using it for road training. You're free to take that set-up or we can switch out the tires for a set of Velociraptors (MTB tires) and the pedals for platforms (traditional pedals). (For a small extra fee, you can have all of it - the whole kit-and-kaboodle.)

I'm asking $150.00 and will include the original owner's manual and assembly instructions. But I'm willing to consider other offers.

You should see the one I have that replaces it... Friends of mine gave me a beautiful Raleigh M80 kitted out with mechanical disc brakes and Shimano crankset and... *drools*

I've ridden it once and fell in love.

Well, my friend isn't in the market for a "new" bike right now (probably in the spring)...

but another friend of mine was riding w/ me this weekend, and broke his bike, so I'll show this to him, too.

The bike may actually be going to a new home tonight. I have a potential purchaser coming to take a look at it after work. If it goes, I'll update the thread.
