Not to hijack the thread or anything....(thread hijacking in progress) but..

I can't go downstate to visit the family without squeezing in a trip to Nicola's.

Just went Sunday...got the Nic-O-Boli and a large pie. Heaven.

One time just the wife and I ordered a whole party pizza with the ground beef and green peppers just so we'd have a ton to take home. It comes in two huge boxes. I ate that shizzle for a week straight, and never got tired of it.

Oooohh... do you still remember the dough recipe? I still haven't found active dry yeast (my personal preference) but when I do... baking time!

Let's see... a 50lb bag of flour, a giant block of yeast, oil, water... *g*

You can find active dry yeast in the refrigerated section of the Newark Natural Foods co-op... It's where I get mine.
