Re: Favorite Sub shops in Delaware

I love Capriotti's subs but I get freaked out every time I go there.

I have a big problem with their employees.... they wear these gloves to make the sandwiches but then they take your money and give you your change then go back to making sandwiches without changing gloves! Happens every time I go in there.

I guess the gloves are just to keep them from getting sick.

Maybe it's just my local Capriotti's.

No... its not capriottis fault...
You need to go see that vegetarian biatch... and shove a whole turkey down her throat.... smack her in the head with a slice of Virginia ham, penetrate her (ear) with a coupla sausage links, and make her drink a cheeseburger smoothie.....

Or... just tell her to make sure she's not eating your REAL turkey next time.....

if she pukes... you know she got the real thing........

Cows are vegetarians... look where they end up... ON MY PLATE!!!!

Awesome ...
Their sign says it all! One of Delaware's best kept secrets. They have the best subs in Sussex County and an extensive menu for such a little place.

Re: Favorite Sub shops in Delaware

Park Deli by far has the best subs...it is in the Park & Shop shopping center across from the municipal building on Elkton Road in Newark.

Re: Favorite Sub shops in Delaware

DDD's are lousy, go down the street to Portofinos for a great cheesesteak. Iaonnis, or Ianettis across from Wm Penn has great roast beef cooked on site.

Re: Favorite Sub shops in Delaware

Welcome to the site paythepiper. I would go to Portofino's for pizza rather then DDD's. But DDD's steaks are better i think. I have eaten both many times over the years.....

Welcome

Re: Favorite Sub shops in Delaware

Cassapullas! Capriottis! Angelos in Dover is good. Francos in Dover does a great job too.

On that note: I think we need more Deli type shops in the Dover/Camden area, where you can go get a nice hoagie. Don't get me wrong, I am a WAWA advocate, but its just not the same!

Re: Favorite Sub shops in Delaware

ha ha, I just read the Capriotties Veggie story. Was it made with Tofu.

On that note: What is up with the "Bobby"? Why is it called the Bobby? And whose idea was it to throw Thanksgiving dinner into a sub? Stuffing and Cranberries?
