I always make breakfast on the weekends - Biscuits, sausage gravy, bacon, omelets, coffee and juice.
Throughout the week it is oatmeal (to bring my cholesterol count back down).

I keep myself in pretty decent shape and will indulge when I am in the mood. I don't ever want to go to the grave "Wanting".
Sometimes I like to have a good old fashion breakfast....

Here's a tip:
Alpha Pizza on Maryland Avenue just out of Newport has a ridiculously good breakfast sub.
Sausage and Egg (cheese, if you like) on a 10" fresh sub roll for $3.75/$4.00.
Damn thing is heavier than a cheesesteak. And artery clogging good.
