Re: Fast Food Breakfast

mmmmmmmmmmmmm......I need to buy stock in Dunkin Donuts, I go there so often they know my order by heart....large carmel swirl latte hot, bacon egg and cheese on a croissant and a diet pepsi (for later)......******don't respond "what's the point of diet pepsi after you eat all that junk?" - I like the tast of diet pepsi better than regular pepsi, comes from years of dieting I guess**************

I drink Diet soda also. I'd rather save the calories from the regular soda and use it for something more tasty. Of course now I've sworn off soda all together. I'm trying to drink strictly water but sometimes water doesn't cut it. Gotta have soda with pizza

Re: Fast Food Breakfast

I gave up all cola drinks because of the phosphoric acid in them. I'm told it's harder on older bones. I used to drink a lot of Caffine Free Diet Cokes, but no more. Citric acid is supposed to be ok. I like B J's fruit sodas, or just plain water or my own iced tea.(sun tea.)

Re: Fast Food Breakfast

I'm not a big fan of fast food breakfast, but after a night of drinking. I'll get a couple egg mcmuffins, and lots of water to help the hangover fade away.

Re: Fast Food Breakfast

I don't like fast food joints... I can't eat that stuff.

Maybe, if we're traveling and the kids get hungry.... I'll settle for a Wendy's chicken breast fillet but that's all I'll eat.

However, I like Dunkin Donut's poppyseed bagels toasted with cream cheese... does that count as fast food? (Can't stand their coffee though)

Re: Fast Food Breakfast

I take the McDonald's Sausage and Egg Biscuit and put the hashbrown right inside the biscuit, too, and eat it like that.

Sometimes, I'll get the Big Breakfast Deluxe at McD's....Scrambled Eggs, Sausage, Biscuit, Hash Brown and Pancakes ($3.75).

If I get that, than I take about 3 butter containers, let 'em soften up under the heat in the styrofoam, and butter up the biscuit until it's just about saturated...then throw some honey on one half and jam on the other.

Heart disease is the most delicious of all diseases.

Re: Fast Food Breakfast

I can't do Wawa....I had a bacon, egg, and cheese bagel from them once and I was getting ready to bite into it when I noticed my bagel was moldy. That has turned me off.
