I've only done it once, and I advertised it. It happened at Kahunaville. The wife, son and I ordered, the food was brought, we already had the drinks. No utensils. I never saw the server again. I went to the back, got my own utensils because no one would give me the time of day. We ate. No one asked "how is everything" or came to our table the whole time. An hour passed, we were done but still hungry because that was only the appetizers. I took out my wallet and sat there obviously waiting to pay, nothing. I said screw it, start walking towards the door, this will get their attention. I still was holding wallet above my head and stopped at the door and did a 360. Still nothing. We left. It's been over 10 years now and I still don't think they realize we left. I'm not paying for that crap.

He kindly asks me to leave, but return if i get my ID. I told him if i go home. I'm not coming back. And i'm not gonna recommend this place to my friends. I kindly told him that I loved his venue. I buttered up some junk about how i liked the place and stuff. He sincerely apologized, but he said he couldn't do more unless he knew i was legal. Then i turned to an ass. I said,"You weren't worried about my age when i was spending all my cash in your place." He repeated the same thing. I left though. I figured i've gotten away with enough for the night. (I was only 18)

The only time I ever got carded was after I turned 21. Then again this was during the 'cross the line to MD 'cause the legal limit is 18 there!' days.
