The Best Ruben Sandwich Ever

Lets start with I am a very picky eater. I love Rubens but have only found one place that I like them around here.

You never been to Ny ? The one thing I miss about up that a way is the bread dont know why down here you cant get a good bread item (bagel roll fresh bread etc etc)

Believe it or not, I have never had a Ruben in my life. But that quote right there made me want to try one!

I used to adore them... One of the few things I miss about no longer eating meat. Those and hot dogs.

There was an old-timer's restaurant in Fairfax - always a buncha blue hairs in there...long gone now...they used to make a mean ruben. Maxmillian's in Ogden, PA does a damn fine JCB, but haven't tried their ruben. The kraut has to be just right or the vinegar kills all other tastes.

That is an awesome line...but there are a lot of things - both good and bad - that I need to shower after...just never applied it to a sandwich though!
