La Casa Pasta- south of Newark near Four Seasons. a little pricey but good.

I like good Italian food. I'd love to find a restaurant that serves a variety of dishes I use to eat alot as a kid and some I still enjoy like:
1. escargot-snales
2. calamari- squid, boy it is good with nice sauce n angel hair pasta
3. home made pasta with crab sauce
4. rabit-ym taste like chicken
5. fried frogs legs. Well ok, they may not all be italian but I remember my italian grandmother and

mother making these yummy dishes.
