I know it's a chain and very very seldom do I eat at a chain restaurant but The Olive Garden has come a long way since it first opened. Now I can't say I've eaten at the new one in Christiana yet but if it is as good as the one in Daytona, FL than the food is very good.

mari monte in dover. it is a hike...but whenever i am in Dover on business i always stop in there. on rt 8... in a small strip mall. but it is excellent.

either that or LozerBoozer's Mama's Kitchen. always a good meal there, too.
