Re: What should and should not be leashed?

Well nothings fool proof, a Leash could get snagged on a passing Rav4 or tangled on a live wire. The GPS would be pretty useless at carnival or a Wiggles concert and definatly cant protect a child from a couger attack. and the only sure fire solution to pedofiles is slow castration with a cheese grater
I just wanted to tell people an alternitave that some parents have been using for autistic children who tend to get out and run away from time to time. I know its not the right fit for every family

(sorry Py I'm not tryin to piss off any1...except kid touchers)

I would just use the good ol' fashioned method that I received as a child to keep me in line.

A spanking.

Works like a charm.

Re: What should and should not be leashed?

Using a lasso would be awesome though. A parent would look so baddass doing that in a grocery store or something.

Unless the kid happens to be autistic.. then they not only don't understand why you're hitting them (and therefore miss the connection between the misdeed and the correction), but they are also often extremely pain tolerant. The amount of pain you'd have to inflict to make any kind of lasting impression would be child abuse.

Jesus Christ! I don't think she is tethering him up in the front yard. She is merely considering the idea of a leash while she in on the other end of the leash holding him in position.

I was referring to a non-autistic child.
