Wow..Xpo's is expensive. If you sign up http://www.bonuszone.com/ you can go to Brunswick Lanes in Newark Shopping Center, they give you 1 hour of bowling for free, you only have to pay for shoe rentals. |
WITH DQ PRICES you have to get out more! LOL |

My Mood: | | | Kids eat Free Hello Everyone.
I thought I would start a thread for "Kids Eat Free" to help single parents, parents, and grandparents:
1. Lonestar all day Tuesday and Saturday 11-4. 2 kids can eat free for one adult purchase. (This is one of my favorites. Kids can even order steak medallions off the kids menu, free drink, free ice cream - GREAT DEAL!
2. San Francisco Oven Mondays, 2 kids can eat free with adult purchase
3. Bennigans kids eat free with purchase after 4 pm
4. Denny's Tuesday and Saturday after 4 pm
5. Klondike Kates Wednesday 4-10pm
I know there are many more, so I hope this thread helps other people to post.

My Mood: | | | Re: Thrifty places to eat with kids I like the second list a bit better. I try to stay away from the fast food as much as possible.
The problem with taking my kid out to eat anywhere isn't paying for the meal. It's the damn ceiling fans.
Anyone know of a good place to eat with kids that DOESN'T have freakin' ceiling fans?
My son is autistic, and he is obsessed with ceiling fans. If we go out to eat anywhere, and there happens to be a ceiling fan, he will not eat for staring at it.
And heaven forbid there's a ceiling fan and it's not on. Then, he will ask for me to turn it on, and cannot understand when I say, "I can't turn it on. It's not mine. I have no control over it," and then he will go into full autistic screaming fit meltdown.
I hate ceiling fans. They are the bane of my existence.

My Mood: | | | Kids eat FREE! I am a single parent and I know that finding places that don't break the bank are nice, so I thought I would post a few that I have used or seen.
1. Lonestar - buy one adult meal and 2 kids eat free all day on Tuesday and Saturday 11-4 pm. The kids can even choose steak medallions (reg price $6.49). Kids meals come with beverage and ice cream. This is one of my favorite deals.
2. Denny's - buy one adult and 2 kids eat free on Tuesday and Saturday after 4 pm.
3. Klondike Kates in Newark kids eat free Wednesdays 4-10pm
4. San Francisco Oven in Bear - Monday kids eat free, includes beverage
5. Bennigans - Tuesday after 4 pm.
6. Roadhouse - Tuesday (don't know the details)
7. IHOP - sign said everyday after 4 (don't know details)
I hope others will add to this thread which will help people to save money!

My Mood: | | | Re: Thrifty places to eat with kids Sorry Chase.
When I did not see the thread, I thought that it did not post so I took the time to do it a second time. Did not realize that you had "merged" it as I was looking to see it under "kids eat free".
Thanks. | | Thread Tools | | | | Display Modes | Linear Mode |
