| Re: School is over for summer
longnecker, we had a great end to the year too. I'm glad your son enjoyed his year, that makes such a big difference. I was just thinking Friday (half day, last day of school here) that this is going to be a great summer. My daycare kids are all older this summer for the first time. It was great to be able to have daycare kids and the neighborhood kids all playing and getting along because they are all in the same age range. No toddlers or baby's this summer! I love the little ones, but a summer to just play with the older kids is gonna be awesome! I hope you and your family have a wonderful summer too.

I tried being good, but I got bored. | 
This is the greatest end to a school year I've seen with my son. My son started middle school at Sussex Academy . He decided to be the class clown and got terrible grades.Failed 7th gtade and I transfered him to Sussex Centrel Middle School . 7th grade at SCMS was an adjustment year. This year A's and B's and enjoyed it up to the last day . He would come home during the year talking about things he learned. NEVER heard that before. Great science teacher named Mr Hartman.
