A friend of mine watched this video in her staff meeting yesterday. This is how she introduced the video to me and others.

"Most of you are not teachers, but you are parents and might find this inspiring. Remember that this 10 year old is speaking in front of 20,000+ people.

Can you imagine the school board issues with a school system this size? 157,000 students! Mine has around 127,000, so I have a better understanding, but still that number is huge!"
