Pakistani neighbors naked

i was dropping off my daughter tonight to her moms and i happened to look across the street which looks into the back yard of the people acorss the street. there were 4-5 little girls ranging from 5-9 in a kiddie pool with NOTHING but a pair of panties on. i was shocked. thier mother was right there dressed in her tradtional garb. WTF is she thinking. there are at least 5 sex offenders in that neighborhood. my wife called Dover PD to report the indecency of this. she even told them on the phone that " its a perverts fantasy with these girls being almost naked right out in public view"

I was intruiged by the title of this post, so I clicked...

I have to say that when I was a little kid, I was constantly running around without a shirt on in the summer heat. I'm sure I went swimming in my pool in the same fashion.

There becomes a point where parents have to make the call as to when it's no longer appropriate for their children to be out in their yard in this fashion. For me, it was when I started pre-school I think, so probably three years old or so. From that point on, it wasn't okay to not wear a shirt in the yard, because it wasn't going to be okay to do it at school.

I know your intentions are good, and their age does seem a little old to be wearing nothing but panties. Girls these days start developing by ten, so nine is far too old. Maybe the parents need to realize that backyard or not, it's not as private as they may think.

yes i agree that maybe up to 3-4 its ok but these kids were little bit older. my daughter is 7 and one girl i know is bigger than my daughter so if i had to guess she was 8-9yo

I agree with Rosie in that around 3 or so is the age when it is no longer appropriate. If you don't have a 7 ft. privacy fence, your neighbors can see pretty much everything going on and with the amount of sex offenders around (the number is mind blowing!!), that alone makes it worse.

Guess since i'm almost 30 I should probably start putting a shirt on when I go outside...lol...j/k.


If I was a parent I dont' think I would let my child outside with just panties on, not the way people are today. I remember when I was about 3 or 4 I was at the beach in just my panties. It was kind of normal back then but with all the perverts and sex offenders today, I don't think its appropriate.

I dunno, I remember when my daughter was in 3rd grade (about 8 I guess) and I was shocked that she was developing. I was so surprised (alarmed?) that I asked her pediatrician about it. He said girls are developing earlier and earlier for a variety of reasons. Nine years old is FAR too old to be going around topless, if for no other reason than the fact that by that age (certainly a bit younger imho) they should be taught what is appropriate and inappropriate in society.
I had a tough time potty training my son at 3 y.o.. My friend told me that she potty trained her son by allowing him to go outside. This was fine while they were 3 and 4, however, at 5 they needed to learn that this was no longer okay and why it was no longer okay. Girls outside in public view at 3 and 4 is one thing, much older than that and it is a disservice to the child.

What the kids are allowed to do in private would be one thing. But outside even in their own yard is putting the kids at risk.They need to be taught or bad things could happen.

what i was going with here was that it might "ok" in thier homeland or its "ok" with thier culture but its honestly not with AMERICAN society in my opinion
