I know its not and her mother and ther grandmother undermind any attempts to teach her whats right and wrong. they spoil her. if i fix dinner and its not something she like she throws a fit and then im the bad daddy that tells her thats dinner and not fixing anything else. she got mad one night cause my wife made a pie for dinner. "I DONT LIKE PIE!" I told her well thats dessert im not fixing anything else. the next week i had to hear bunch of BS from both mother and grandmother. and this is coming from people who only fix frozen dinners.

I guess my biggest question is WHAT DID THE POLICE SAY???
I do think they need someone kind enough to tell them that this is NOT okay in America, and why, because of the extreme number of sick individuals that lurk in many neighborhoods.

they told me that there will be an officer sent over right away and they know of the number of sex offenders in that neighborhood. they assured my wife that it will be handled.

You're right, it is a matter of opinion. My opinion would be it is not okay because of the dangers involved. Although, I suppose there are people who do not recognize these dangers.
Did we find out what the police said?? I'd really love to hear that.

I believe that we should live and let live, don't be quick to judge others by what our ideas of acceptable behavior are. Putting myself in this situation, I don't think I would have been shocked. Many cultures do not have the same nudity taboos that we have, and I often see European families at Delaware beaches with young children that are not clothed or are topless.
As far as sex offenders are concerned, there have always been pedophiles and always will be. The only difference is that we are much more aware of that fact than our parents were because of television, the internet etc.

This must be a small town ~ did you say it was in Dover? I know in NCC the police would have told you they don't have time to respond to non-emergencies such as this. I'm shocked in their response.

I do believe we should live and let live ~ but if someone is unaware of the dangers present in that very neighborhood, don't you think someone should let them know? Maybe after that, you can mind your own business. But I do think they should know of the dangers.
