| Permit me to add a small, but very technical, caveat in the interests of clarity.
In my long years of experience, only educational administrators refer to themselves as "educators." Teachers, as a general rule, NEVER do, especially the good ones. Even though a small percentage of teachers also have difficulty with spelling, the fact is that they'll most likely become educational administrators.
In fairness to the truly good educational administrators--the few that I've met, at least--they have to take the bad rap perpetrated my the morons, just like the other professions. You'd think it would make them clean up their ranks, but...

I have friends who are in school studying to be teachers that can't even spell at all. I love them to death, but it frightens me that they may be teaching my child someday

I just wanted to share an "educators" story with you all. A couple of weeks ago I had a job interview at my son's high school. The interview went very well and I was considering taking the position, as long as the pay was what I wanted. Anyway, they told me in the interview that I would hear something from them by Friday, the interview was on a Wendesday. Well Friday came and I heard nothing. On Saturday, I decided to check my work e-mail for something completly unrelated to the interview and discovered that the Principal had e-mailed me 15 minutes after I left on Friday. The reason I'm sharing this with you is because of the salutation he used in the e-mail; which was:
High Ms. G.....
Now that's our edcuational system hard at work.

A guy i know of runs one of the biggest forums on the internet......period. Him/his forum and sprints MobiTV (mobile tv service) were just embroiled in a legal battle, ill save the specific, basically someone found a way to bypass paying for the sprint tv service, sprint saw it and tried to have him take it down, he refused.....
point BEING. The co-founder/president of the MobiTV company, im sure it is multi-millions IDK, anyway, he sent this email to the owner of the forum after all was said and done and they decided they (MobiTV) didnt have a leg to stand on.... Quote:
