You are talking about Jamal. Plays for the Browns now. He was a beast for a RB. You know rushing for 2,000 yards in a season and all. Only three others have done it so far not including him. He also broke the single game rushing record with 295 yards in a game. Which was recently broke by Adrian Peterson for the Vikings. (296 yards) Here is a little snid-bit about him now.

In February 2004, it surfaced that Lewis had been involved in talks about a drug deal. Lewis was charged with conspiring to possess with the intent to distribute five kilograms of cocaine and using a cell phone in the commission of the first count.[5] In February 2005, Lewis began his 4 month prison term trying to set up the drug deal. He was subsequently suspended 4 games in the 2004 season due to drug charges.

In 2007, Lewis made $3.5 million with a performance bonus of $1.5 million more off of a one-year contract. Lewis' signing with Cleveland was notable because it came just 4 years after setting the single-game rushing record against the Browns. On September 16th Lewis rushed for 216 yards in a single game against the Cincinnati Bengals becoming the first Browns player to eclipse the 200 yard mark since Greg Pruitt on December 14, 1975. This was the most rushing yards by a Browns player in a single game since Jim Brown had 223 yards in a game in 1963. Lewis eclipsed the 1,000 yard mark for the 2007 season in a hard-fought struggle against both the Buffalo Bills and the elements in a blizzard game on Sunday, December 16, 2007. This accomplishment makes Lewis (along with Reuben Droughns) one of only two Browns to rush for 1,000 yards in a season since 1985. He finished his first year as a Brown in the top five in rushing yards in the NFL by rushing for 1304 yards and 9 touchdowns.
On February 21, 2008, Lewis agreed to a three-year deal to stay with the Browns.

Re: Why not 'Ravens' and 'Orioles'???

Ok since everyone has been waiting for my response here goes:

I was born and raised a Philly sports fan, seriously. I do have one vice though, when I was 2 my mom used to take me to Veterans Stadium in Mets clothes *cringes*. My dad and I had season tickets to the Phillies for years and they are some of the happiest memories of my life, we were there in 1993 one of the greatest years.
As for the Eagles, ever since I was little I have always known that Sundays were "football day". I can remember being 7 years old down the Jersey Shore and seeing Randall Cunningham being carted off the field during the 1st game of the season and everyone knowing that it was all over. Now I totally bleed green, and so do my kids. My oldest could spell E-A-G-L-E-S before she could spell cat and everytime she sees something with them on it she gets so excited. My youngest is learning this year, but I will say that when she was born December 4, 2006 the Eagles won their Monday Night Football game with Jeff Garcia as quarterback and won enough games straight after that to make into the playoffs when no one thought they would do anything.

With the Flyers, I have been a fan since I was a kid constantly watching hockey with my dad and playing it on my Sega Genesis. My dad played hockey when he was a kid and my cousins were very into hockey. The oldest one probably could have gotten onto the Flyers (or another pro hockey team) if he didn't hurt his knee in college. He still plays for alot of local teams though and did play for the junior Flyers for a number of years. I like to go hockey games whenever I can get there. Don't really have too much else to say about the Flyers though.

As for all those Dallas fans in the area, I really don't think anything pisses me off more! I don't mind the Steelers fans, the Redskins fans, the Ravens fans and even some of the Giants fans, but if you like a team that is 2000 miles away you obviously need to move down there and be with them. The only reason why most people like the cowboys is because all through the early 90s they were consistant and they had the best players. Everytime I see a Cowboys fan up here I laugh.....

So there you have it.... any questions???
