I am an animal lover. That being said, I would rather see the deer population thinned (which it must be, in order for it to survive at all) by hunting, rather than the deer starving and suffering until death because there is not enough food for all. It's just the way it has to be, and I would personally rather an animal die a painless, quick death than suffer and search endlessly for food until they die.

uhm.... well... if my wife would let me have chickens roam our property trust me I would be hunting chickens at least once a week for dinner

GREAT POST!!! this is exactly right. with "urban sprawl" the habitats for wild animals are deminising every day. the wild animals if left un-hunted would starve to death.


which would you rather have? starving animals or hunters?
