Reports this morning (or last night, I can't remember which) said he was in ICU recovering and asked his doctors when he could return to practice.

Now that's one hell of a dedicated player.

Lozer, I played in the DSHA many years ago. I think it was around 1989 or so. I remember the Chiefs (because they always beat us), but I can't really remember the name of my own team! (we were cellar dwellers). I was too young to play in the league but I think they lied about my age, or maybe you were allowed a certain number of players under 25,... not sure. We lost almost every game, but it was a blast.

I've played all over.. I played with the Wheels LOOOOOOONG ago. I also played in a Lehigh Valley team and Upland Township team.. I stopped playing formal league play a long time ago. Got too expensive. So, I mostly played pick up games at Iceline or Skating Center of Wilmington through high school..
I do remember the Chiefs. I remember a kid I went to JR High with who played for them. We always talked hockey..
No, I don't play anymore. If I do, it's mostly street hockey. Ice time gets expensive unless you have a decent amount of players to spread the fees.
