Good thing we are off tomorrow... that should make everyone available tonight including the bullpen. Hopefully we won't need the bullpen with Myers though...... *fingers crossed*.

The Brewers looked mortified on the bench at the end of today's game. I expect them to come out rather pissed in a few minutes.

Kid... Utley's play at second should be a web-gem fo' sure! I'm also thrilled to see Burrell's bat wake up..... oh yeah....... wild card is fine by mine!

That was an awesome game. You saw another one Chase, you really can pick 'em.

Myers could not have been better.... at the plate, on the mound, chatting like a freak in the dugout.... just perfect!

A well deserved day off (good b/c I would normally pick baseball over football... don't have to pick tomorrow night).

Back at it Tuesday!

So I got my fightin Phils towel from the game the other night.... and on it I got Jamie Moyer's autograph. So now my towel is the coolest

Big series starts tonite....lot of momentum and the Brew Crew just fired their coach...I guess they're throwing in the towel...(not your autographed towel of course)...

I saw that. Brewers fire their manager.... and all b/c of the Phillies, I'll wager.

I have an open house tonight at one of my kids schools.... would it be bad to skip it for the Phils?

Not at all, unless its Tatnall, Tower Hill, or Wilmington Friends...and then showing up, eating something, and pretending to choke would be the appropriate way to get out of it....

4 hour regulation game! Phew!

Haven't seen the paper yet, but you gotta figure Lidge threw at least 25 pitches in the 9th. 25 pitch saves are never, um, what you're looking for

How bout the Mets losing! And I think the Brewers lost, too, unless they came back in the 9th.
