I wish I was.... hopefully I will get there a lot this year considering one of my immediate family members has season tickets really close to the field

Going to a Phillies game is one of my favorite things to do... too bad my husband thinks it is stupid because I would probably do it more

My goal this year...... to get to an Eagles game! (hint, hint Chase)

The Phils lost their home opener...big deal right? Wrong they played pretty decent kept it a close contest until Madson gave up the two run homer in the 10th. Bigger news is Howard Batted 3rd and Utley batted 4th. That was a defiantly a big shocker to me. Was not expecting that one at all. Brett Myers did fairly well except the Two run homer he gave up early in the contest. What is everyone else's opinion on how they did and the decisions that were made?

Haven't watched much yet this season.... from what I hear it isn't good though. I am a little confused about the line-up change and why Howard is no longer on clean-up. Hopefully this will be the last rebuilding year for them, they have to find a good closer for the bullpen.

rebuilding year? They have probably one of the best line ups and starting rotations in the mlb. All they lack is good relief. They switched howard and utley so that pitchers cant intentionally walk howard to get to somebody that sucks like burrell. If they can put somehting together they have a team to take them to the ship.

They were ranked #8 this year... very impressive. Hopefully they can at least get the wild card.... not blow it at the end of the regular season like last year!
