| |  The News Journal has email us Sunday paper subscribers a link to the online edition free on big snow weekends. Our delivery person has delivered it well rapped and dry usually on Mondays. These folks don't make a lot of money and use their on cars.  Also Tuesday I dragged my trash can through heavy snow.
