The Urban Community Leadership Academy is a Charter Middle School in Kansas City, Missouri, the Charter was approved in April of 1999. It's a school with an enrollment of approximately 234 students (2004) serving grades 5 through 9. As per this performance report from 2003-2004 the classroom numbers seem pretty dim but as evidenced below their Para Military "Drill Team" is spot on with the details of a proposed Obama Healthcare Plan.
