I don't see him as a Conservative, not with the self dubbed 'Big Brother' antics that he employs, had employed or seeks to employ. If I recall, when he was 'running' he was talking about Universal Health Care, 'Single Payer' type plans, et al, that, combined with intially trying to break through on or using the 'upstate' Democrat angle hardly makes one have a Conservative bent ...

I don't see myself as a conservative, I don't want the government prying into my business. My antics employ a silence code of confidence to the public..

Speaking politically, on that first definition the only part that comes close in the real world is with regard to religion. And while it's meant to imply something else with the use of generous, such as to apply a lotion liberally, or generously, if you want to make the leap that it applies to politics too, seems it would be pretty easy to be generous when you're giving away someone else's money ...
