Voting for Lee and the burried Nextel stuff bothers me more than the profits that Markell turned

In essence, Markell was asked by a reporter about the issue of Nextel and the stock sell-off he and his partners were involved in just before their stocks hit the skids. Markell did not reply as honestly as he could have, implying that the issue was never pursued, legally. Since the newspapers won't jump on this ommission, th eLee folks are spreading the news.
My questions are directed toward everyone as I think I have all possibilities in the poll.

I already knew that I'm voting for Bill Lee so the news of the burried Nextel stuff wasn't going to sway me but, even though I'm ok with the fact that he sold his stocks for a profit I'm not keen on how it all transpired, you know ?
In other words, I have no problem with turning a profit but the fact that it came at the expense of other investors is what I have an issue with.

I'm not trying to start a fight, I'm just wondering if this info is correct state wide or just from my northern most location....
...from what I'm hearing Bill Lee doesn't stand a chance at winning. Some mention about state polls showing Markell at 80% and Lee at 20% and how Markell has more contribution support (about 10 to 1 over Lee).
What's the word down state? Is any of this accurate?
When ever I even mention Lee up here... I get nothing but laughs and crazy looks.

Here is the Lee campaign commercial:
I am creating a poll, so wait for it!
I remember seeing something about this. I think the 2 million is what jack made on the sale of his stocks.
I then remember reading about the $27 MILLION that him and his buddies paid to have this not go to trial. The court filings can be found online.
Paying $27 million to have something kept quiet is a pretty big figure.
Where's the option for - Lee should have won in 2004 but, the people of DE made a grave mistake, so I'm voting for him again?

The polls are nowhere near an 80/20 spread but Markell is leading last I heard. Thing is, Minner was also leading and by a nice margin when Lee lost to her for her 2nd term by mere thousands of votes statewide.
This thing isn't over and Lee is not a joke. He's the most capable guy of preventing the financial crisis in this state from getting worse. He's not a far-right winger, particularly in the moral areas which would keep most diehard liberals happy and he's not your typical politician-type.
I think if he's elected, it would be like that old saying; When both sides of a deal feel like they just got screwed, it was a good deal.
Lee is no moral giant as his republican opponents pointed out regularly during the primaries, he is a middle of the road, normal American with basic strong work values and a love for the State of Delaware. I like him and he has my vote because we don't need more spending in this state to fix our problems.
