I just ate at Primanti's last week, when I was in Pittsburgh with my husband (who grew up in Beltzhoover). Though I didn't have their cheesesteak; I had the corned beef. I recommend it during any visit to the 'Burgh.
Locally, we usually eat at Claymont Steak Shop or, in Philly, at Steaks on South.
