I was born here, raised for the most part in Northern VA. I lived in SC post Navy and moved up here in '95.

Yup... Born in Wilmington (St.Francis Hosp), Raised near Hockessin, Now live in North Wilmington. I have to say after leaving DE during college and grad school years I appreciate and love it here even more!!!

Born and raised for the most part. I was born in Milford, lived in Newark until age 10, moved to Lancaster, PA for several years and then back down to North Wilmington from 13-college. After college I lived for a few months in Va and MD, but returned. I sometimes feel like I want to move..just so I can say I didn't spend my entire life in DE...but I do like it alot. I like being so close to everything without the hassle. I like the cost of living, the beaches, and the lack of sales tax.

Born in VA. Grew up in VA and NC. Moved to DE in 1969. It's been great, sometimes I miss the sloww pace of Small town life in NC (Apex), but because of growth in the area Apex just ain't what it used to be, so I just might have to stay here.

My wife still says, from time to time that I am NC slow.

Born in Wilmington. Raised in Townsend, wne to school in Middletown. Move to Wilmington about 5 years ago.

Hated it ever since! ) Middletown builds up AFTER I move. Go figure. Bastards!

Funny! I've never lived in any other town or city. Just different sides of Wilmington. I love this place. Maybe cuz i never lived anywhere else. Talk about developing tough skin.

I am used to the country of Townsend. Quiet. Deer on the back porch. Sound of the wind blowing.

In wilmington its loud, got drug addicts on the back porch, and the sound of Mexican music.
