To be honest, I got to fast food more often than I like, mostly because of my daughters love for mcdonalds, but normally i go there like twice a month and i try to do it after dinner so she has their ice cream because it's fat free. Normally at any fast food place, I order their salads or try to stick with the healthier options.

Arby's is my guilty pleasure tho, I go there maybe every 2 or 3 months and for me being as small as I am with the little appitite that I have, my order is usually between $10 & $15 LOL It's because I want everything so I get everything, then I only eat bits and pieces. What's nice is my niece lives with me so when I go on this spree we share! LOL 1/2 a sandwich, some fries, a moz stick or 2.


OMG I just went out to the Arby's website and they have Cheddar Curly fries!!! I might just be getting Arby's tonight! lol

Jamocha shakes are the GREATEST!! I love Arby's, but there's no option..

I have a love/hate relationship with 5 Guys.

I love 5 Guys. I love it that they have thick fries and vinegar in bottles.

I hate it that it's a "foreign" (as in, not Delaware owned) encroaching on Jake's turf, when Jake's is a Delaware tradition.

I agree with Jakes,an five guys, voted for Mcdonalds i love the fries and nuggets...but i have only ben to sonic once,hope they put one here.

I don't do fast food. Its too counterproductive to my work outs

Sorry girlie, that's where we part ways...hate, HATE, the curly fries. Something about that seasoning that hurts my middle-aged tummy... but the tummy has got no problem muscling down TWO beef and cheddars, reg fries and jamocha shake for some reason....gotta have the shake wit dem fries.

I use those same numbers for my diet. 80% of the time I watch what I eat, 20% of the time I eat what I want.

Put in enough gym time, and you probably can eat what you want more than that, depending on metabolism.

But as they say, abs are made in the kitchen, not on the crunch machine.

I think the burgers are as good as Jakes. Maybe even a different kind of good. I think the patties are bigger.

They definitely give you a metric ton of fries. They'll freakin' fill a brown sack with fries if you let them.

5 Guys = Not Skimpy With The Fries

mmm I can definitely throw down a whopper & fries from the BK Lounge, or some chicken fries..delish. I don't touch SlopDonald's though... shits nasty.

My wife and I got McDonald's breakfast a few weekends ago.. We were the only ones who got it and the only ones who got sick.. REALLY sick..
I can't even think about McDonald's without feeling ill...

And I used to LOVE their breakfast sandwiches... LOVED 'em!!

There's just something about the fact that they are advertising "NOW...100% BEEF" on billboards (no joke, I saw one on Marrow's Road)...........as opposed to what (that it was before) ? lol

In the 80's they initially tried to get Taco Bell into California schools but they would have to increase their meat by 2 grades to meet public school standards. (that should tell you something...)

I admit that I used to love Taco Bell but ever since they opened Moe's in Brandywine Town Center I have never gone back to TB.

Moe's ROCKS!!!
All their food is fresh. They have no freezers on site. Nothing frozen!

So even though in my mind I wouldn't call them "fast food" I guess technically they are so my vote goes for Moe's hands down.

O I eat what I want 100% of the time. Eating healthy doesn't mean you have to eat stuff that doesn't taste good or doesn't have any taste at all. Just gotta be creative
