Everything I did as a teen was stupid lol
I think the most stupid thing I did was get talked into going Dam Jumping in Annadale Nj it was May 30th 1986 it was illegal and we were drinking two bad things to when something is dangerous. The police showed up and told us we had to leave we were packing up (couldnt forget the beer) my best friend was in what I called the "Wheel House" the part that has a big wheel to manually open that part of the dam. There was one bar across the top so you couldnt fall off the dam. Well the dam was old he slipped hit the bar and it broke he it the water and the wrong angle and was knocked out . I was so drunk I could not reach him (the waterfall part was pushing him down) the police thought we were joking. I was pulled out by the cops and since the didnt see my friend thought he already got out until I kept screaming at them. Sad to say Don died that day it took years for me to stop blaming myself a day does not go by that I dont think of him and were and who he be today.
