Yup, but he left out some rather good renditions, and some that are not so good.

The story of the origin of the song is always nice to hear, and the history of the US Flag.

Probably a little late here, but...

From a traditional/musician point of view, the Whitney Houston version from the Superbowl back in the early 90's ('91? '91?) was a complete travesty. The National Anthem simply should not be in 4/4 -- from someone who's performed the Star Spangled Banner more times than I can count and, as I was taught to play it the "traditional" way (e.g. the manner in which "The President's Own" Marine Corps band plays it), it just makes me cringe.

Thankfully, it's long fallen out of play time, but its still something that came to mind when I read the topic.
