Crazy Delaware road happenings

everyone complains about how if there is a accident on 95 the state is gridlocked, sure, but what about just dumb little things you see?

for instance

Yesterday, Angela and I are driving down Rt.7 from Rt.40 toward 273. right around smalleys damn there coming towards us is a cute chick in a brand new saab turbo, it was sweet. We notice a purple (i think) older maxima come around to the right of her into the right turn lane then see a water bottle come out of the rear window and smack the saab...

Me: Ang, did you see that?

we both look, well the saab apparently didn't like that, drop in behind the max in the turn lane, and follows to just about into the 'hood entrance. At this point we see more debris, saab is throwing shoes, max is throwing more bottles, max slams on brakes, saab almost hit her and lock hers up. they stop, started to get out, and they were out of our eyesight......wish i would have been able to stop and watch...

THENNNNN

we pull up to turn left onto 273, theres a young dude in a old chevy pickup, stick, sitting at the red light, brushing his teeth with a eletric toothbrush. its like 8:30 pm. he is going at it, the whole time, lights green, he only stops to shift and he is back at it, all the way till we turn into the shopping center by old navy....idk, struck me as odd.....

ima start carrying a camera, TD REALLY needs some Delaware youtube vids....

Philly Sports

Well, Chase, good dental hygiene is important and all, but using an electric toothbrush while driving is a bit much. Nothing on the roads surprises me any more.

Last weekend I saw a guy toss several cups, some fast food garbage, a shoe and a stuffed animal out his car window at the light on Old Baltimore Pike at Albe Dr. I guess he thought it was a good moment to clean out the car?? I just don't ask.

O I used to try and take the blue route home on Friday from work because I come home to De. on the weekends. But I got tired of sitting in that clusterf*** so I now take 476 to 76 to 202 and then take the back roads into Hockessin.

see...you were smart. I wasn't...so I just sat on the blue route everyday (especially in the afternoons during snowdays or in the summer) and just whacked my head repeatedly against the steering wheel.
Or I would cry and whine to anyone else sitting there with their window open.....
