| How many of us in our daily work week have the thought "if this person only knew what they were doing?
Think about it, how many doctors have we been seen by that could have been better......?
Each occupation has them, they know just enough or apply themselves just enough to get by... some slip by forever without any consequences....
I was thinking about this last week, the majority of the people I work with in my business are really good at what they do, my full time work (fire dept) most of the people are really good at what they do as well.
But looking around elsewhere, there are a high percentage of people who are clueless as to their jobs.....
And it's not all who just don't give a crap, it's people who think they are doing good and aren't!
How many doctors have we been seen by that could do much better?
Look at the government......I can't think of many that I want working with/for me...
How many times have you called a business for customer service, and wasted an entire morning on "stupidity"....
I'm saying 70% of workers do a good job, just a guess...... |
