Grab the BB, like some of the other posters, and call Comcast JUST to be sure they know and are working on it...I'm kind of like a crack fiend when it comes to internet access

man i had a super long, multi-quote, ranting post made up for another site last night, i was working on it for like 20 or 30 minutes and was SOOO close to ready to submitting it and my power zonked. pc was OFF. i was SOOO angry, slamming my fist on the desk screamin "YOU mutha fluckin piece of s%|t c@%$ suck'n"
