| Queerer Than We Suppose: The Strangeness of Science Sunday, September 21, 2008 Richard Dawkins' jaw-dropping talk on our bizarre universe
Richard Dawkins discusses the question of limits on human understanding. As a species we evolved to cope with the world within a particular range of physical dimensions. These determine our common sense view of the world. How far can the plasticity of our brains transcend this limitation? I like the levels at which he thinks. I always like people poking up different, interesting and useful interpretations, reexamining assumptions. Plus some of the things he says work rather well with some recent thinking of mine.
