Amy Fisher Promotes Sex Tape

Former "Long Island Lolita" Amy Fisher is joining her husband in trying to market a sex tape, saying, "I always wanted to be No. 1 at something, but I didn't think it would be something like this."

As a teenager, Fisher was sent to prison for seven years for shooting Mary Jo Buttafuoco, the wife of her former lover, Joey Buttafuoco. Buttafuoco, twice her age, served time for statutory rape for having sex with a 16-year-old.

Fisher, 33, has written two books and worked as a columnist for the Long Island Press. More recently, she has appeared as a celebrity guest at various clubs.

Only in america can you sleep with a woman's husband, kill his wife, go to jail and emerge a star. You don't want to go to college and work for a living, then find yourself a married man/woman, kill his/her spouse. Sell the story and then live the rest of your life explaining how you became a star. The american dream....something for nothing

I saw her on Good Morning America this morning... she describes her (still on-going) relationship with Butthead, I mean Buttafuoco, as love-hate. She's publishing a sex tape. She sure knows how to milk her 15 minutes of fame... LOL

I can't say I blame her. She's only exploiting the idiots who want to buy that kind of crap. Thanks to them, she has a market. I still have a hard time understanding why people watch Jerry Springer and Maury.

she is the definition of useless.... but she did not kill joey buttafucco's wife, she shot her but the wife survived.

i watch jerry springer and maury to reassure myself that my family is A-OK !!

I watch them occassionally when i'm working from home, gives me a good laugh and reminds me of how screwed up the world is.

She's NOT dead. From the Wikipedia page for Joey Buttafuoco:

Although deafened in one ear and partially paralyzed, Mary Jo survived the shooting and was able to give a description of a t-shirt her assailant had been wearing.
