I'm going to try to sneak out of the house with my hubbie and pop in for a pint or two. We have company staying with us and I'm a terrible bullshitter.

Not sure how this would sound though...

"So nice to have you here staying with us but we're going out for a few drinks and you can stay here and do nothing. Okay, bye"

Sounds like something I'd do...go for it. Zip and I will most likely be there. It looks like he's getting off work around 7:00.

Sorry I can't make tonight, guys. I just don't have it in me. Spent ALL day unpacking the kitchen after getting tanked up last night. Plus, I tied one on Thursday night at the pub and went out late Wednesday night after work. The missus has never bitched about me going out in the 3 years we've been together. I'd like to keep it that way.

I think I'd fall asleep behind the wheel coming home from 202. Best to have a few here where I can pass out in the recliner.

Sorry I'm going to miss everybody. Besides Hockey, I don't know who else is going that I haven't met. Hopefully we'll have another get together real soon.
