LozerBoozer on "Cash Cab"

What channel is this show on? I've never heard of it.
Is it like that Las Vegas taxi cab show.... (can't remember the name or channel) but they tape you doing and saying weird stuff?

It's on Discovery Channel. In the summer I watch it on weekdays at 10:00. It's pretty much the only daytime t.v. I watch.
