Method of preparation:
Place absinthe spoon, fork, slotted spoon or spork over glass. Place large sugar cube on spoon (or whatever).
Gently pour one ounce of absinthe over the sugar, drenching it without dissolving to much.
Set sugar cube on fire to caramelize it and watch it drip into the glass.
Pour four or five ounces of ice-cold water over the flaming sugar cube.
Stir gently with the slotted spoon and enjoy the hallucinations
