On an island: 5 things.....

I know this is going to sound horribly depressing...but if I was on a deserted island...alone with no chances of rescue...I honestly would only want a rosary and a bottle of sleeping pills.

DEMOA, all hope is not lost. I did say that you would only be there about 2 years. Assuming that you bring the right things, look at it as an extended vacation.

Heck, with the stresses I have from work right now, I think it would take me 6 months before I really started having issues. with it...

I would bring

1. Matches - to light up my life
2. Volley Ball - I wouldn't have to worry about feeding it or keeping it dry or warm
3 wind up flashlight - I got one as a xmas gift,,, be the best time to use it
4. Razor... still have to shave,,,
5. Captain Morgan..... to guide me thru the rough patches

ehh....2 years? I'm still not sure, but I will think about it...
I'm not usually a pessimist, but I'll just consider the week I've had.
