What really kills me is that this is something we've always done. We borrow from eachother all the time, everything from money to clothes, and until this, I've always given her back what I borrowed, on time. She's the one who's usually late, and I dont say a word about it.

She moved into a house about four months ago, left a bunch of stuff including a huge king sized mattress in my tiny apartment and said she would get it in a couple weeks, that was four months ago. I took a load of it to her yesterday with 50 bucks and her 12 year old daughter yelled at me and said you know we don't have any where to put this stuff.

I've been hearing from other people for a couple years that she's just been using me and she's only concerned with money, but I always defended her. I'm beginning to believe they were right, now. I'm one of those soft hearted types that believes there's good in everyone, needless to say I get walked on a lot.

I am paying her back, I wasnt asking if I should or not, I just wanted opinions on whether or not I should bother trying to continue the friendship.

I could move it or get rid of it for you but I'd have to (pretend) charge you anywhere from $250 to $300. I'll give you a "paid" receipt, and you give it to her and say, "we're even".

Tell her she has one week to get her shit out of your house or (i) you'll sell it and give her the proceeds to pay off your debt to her or (ii) begin to charge her storage fees of $50 a week which will count against your outstanding balance to her.

She wants to have her cake and eat it too and that's bullshit.
