When i'm in a rut. There is usually nothing i can do about it. Most of the time i can get myself of anything. So if i'm stuck. I feel really bad. i usually just play video games with my son, or try to get some loving. Lovin always cheers me up. ^_^

I try to just get out and do something different. Something that I don't usually do everyday. It depends on how bummed I am.

Try to mix it up a little bit. Force yourself out of the house to do something 'just because.' Is there something you've been meaning to do but never got around to it? Give it a shot.
