When I'm in a rut I go for a long walk in the middle of the night under a starry sky. Sometimes, I'll go nude or topless.... seriously. It's very humbling and always puts me in a great mood.

I'll go to Delaware Park, sit on the grass by the paddock with a cold beer and watch the horses run, often without even betting. Very relaxing & contemplative.Sometimes I bring a book. And I don't go near the slots. That could really blow your buzz & put you in a worse place than you were.
