| | | Umm...a skateboard, legos, blocks, soccer ball, Matchbox cars and G.I. Joes would all be good ideas I think. Oh, and you can never ever go wrong with a new bike. That's like getting a new car when you're a little kid.
Edit: Does anyone remember lawn darts? Man they were fun, dangerous as all hell but still a lot of fun.

| | | My guys like games. The classics are good, Chutes and Ladders etc. They also like the Tag readers. Understand your two year old won't understand the games the four year old will want to play. Try Lucky Ducks and the like for him. My kids all time favorite thing is the gift of time to read a story, play a game or just wrestle.

| | | I think an awesome, simple gift for the four year old may be a homemade or refurbished bookshelf, painted his/her favorite color (or painted with their name and a favorite character of theirs...) and filled with age appropriate books as well as those that they'll be reading in a year or two. | Re: Christmas Gift ideas?

Any takers? Unless I can find it at a garage sale then I think you're SOL this year. | Re: Christmas Gift ideas?

| | | One of the gifts I got my son when he was little was the extra large Lego block thing that you could build into a castle. I forget who makes it, but they have one for boys and girls. My son LOVED that thing! Also we got the kids an inside tent (small, only about 3'X3') that had big colored plastic balls you put inside. My daughter spent the whole day (I"m not kidding, she would Not come out of that thing even for more presents) that tent. Wooden puzzles were another big hit and always books. My kids get a gift bag of books every year. I miss my kids being smaller. They get harder to shop for the older they get. And this year is going to be very scaled back. Hope your boys have a great Christmas. Cherish these years because they fly by.

Yeah, good luck with that!
There might be a few vintage guitars still out there that the owner doesn't know what he has but that's becoming more and more unlikely. | Re: Christmas Gift ideas?
