Site Supporter | | | | | Budweiser Shows Respect Someone sent me this ad and, having been in Manhattan last weekend and having seen some of the tributes that were around the city in honor of the anniversary of the events of September 11, 2001, I thought I would share this with all of you.
I remember when this advertisement aired (and it aired only once). I still think it was beautifully done.
But I've always been a sucker for the Clydesdales.
Sorry I'm a week late on getting this posted. | | The Following 2 Users Say Thank You to witchofthedogs For This Useful Post: | |

After a few seconds, I thought, "Gods, imagine trying to get all those horses to bow at once."

After a few seconds, I thought, "Gods, imagine trying to get all those horses to bow at once." | I actually wasn't really involved in the September 11 thread here... So if this is a duplicate, I apologize! |

September 11, 2001 still upsets me. I can't watch any of the movies.."United 93...World Trade Center", none of it. |

There's something very touching in a team of horses that symbolize majesty and royalty ("King of Beers", get it?) bowing in unison. |

But I have a friend who lives on the lower West Side and was there the day of the attacks and watches everything she can on the subject... She told me the other night that she finds it therapeutic.
